This is crazy i’m raving about this brand! I’ve been waiting so long for Sleek to arrive in Belgium. I know it’s been out for a while now but my fellow blogger from Brussel had sooner access to this brand. Not to worry, I bought my first two products to test out and see wait it’s all about. I hear great things about Sleek Makeup, that’s why I wanted it so badly 😀
The Blush Sugar palette caught my eye in store. They had also the Pink Lemonade and the Lace blush by 3 palette’s on the website there is allot more shades where you can choose from. But the Sugar palette had that beautiful colour combination that I wanted to try immediately! When I came home from shopping and of course I wanted see the packaging that everybody is raving about, and it’s true! So stunning to look at like WOW! Smooth, compact, has a giant quality mirror.
The first thing I noticed testing this palette out and giving it a swipe on my cheek, that it so highly – pigmented that you only need a tiny bit on your brush. This palette includes three complementary shades, each designed with its own finish. One shimmer and two matte shades. So the matte shades are Turbinado and Demerara, the middle one is Muscovado the shimmer shade.
For the longest time I wanted a nude matte lipcream that I can wear with anything and at anytime but I visited the sleek stand a couple of times and always was the nude shade sold out. But this week I had so much luck I finally found it, even when I lost hope in finding this nude lipcream.
The colour I wanted was birthday suit number 436. I’m really excited to wear it like everyday. I swatched it in the store and it lasted for ever, even water can’t get this product moving. The applicator has a long wand and provides you with enough product sometimes you have to swipe a little off to prevent too much product on your lips.
The consistency is so soft I love the way it goes on the lips so smooth and even. Overall I’m impressed about these products and of course so happy I can purchase more of this Sleek makeup and try out more.
